TEN GOLDEN RULE OF LIVING

Living is a function of what we offer at present and outlive us.   So how do we live by taking the caption below which I have tagged the golden rule as our guide? ON EARNING: Never depend on single income. Make investment to create other source of income like trading, investment in treasury bills and government bonds, profitable business by partners or trusted ally. ON SPENDING: If you buy things you do not need, soon you will have to sell the things you need. Things you do not need are liabilities because they take your money without adding back to you monetarily. An expensive iphone or a blackberry passport that is bought just because it is trending is an abuse of purpose when it is not put into a profitable use. It will only consume more of your cash in terms of data consumption and other associated costs. Finally, you will either sell it at a discount or sell some of your valuables to maintain it. Be wise.
